This annual event highlights the museums and attractions that are driving the tourism industry forward. Tiqets recognizes museums and attractions that offer exceptional experiences to their customers through seven award categories in six countries: United Kingdom and Ireland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and the United States.

The winners of this award were chosen by a panel of industry experts and evaluated by Mr. Douglas Quinby, CEO of Arival. A hidden gem refers to something exceptional, unique or special. This award category aims to highlight lesser-known, more specialized attractions for travelers around the world.
Since the launch of the show, our top priority has been to offer a fun and interactive experience by bringing together a cosmopolitan audience (composed of French and international spectators). Since 2009, more than 800,000 spectators have followed the advice of Olivier Giraud who describes with great humor the daily life of Parisians, thus confronting myth with reality and allowing us all to laugh together about our cultural differences.

A PROPOS D’OLIVIER GIRAUD ET DE LA FRENCH ARROGANCE PROD. La French Arrogance Productions a été créée en 2009 par Olivier Giraud. Ancien maître d’hôtel dans l’hôtellerie-restauration de luxe aux États-Unis, il revient en France en 2008 pour réaliser son rêve d’enfant: devenir humoriste! Son thème? Les Parisiens et les différences culturelles ! Devant les réticences des Directeurs de théâtre à produire un show en anglais à Paris, Olivier Giraud monte, avec Claudie Pichon, leur propre structure. Entre 2009 et 2021, le spectacle« How to become a Parisian in one hour? » a réuni près d’un million de spectateurs et a été joué plus de 2300 fois. Fin novembre 2018, Olivier Giraud écrit son premier livre « Guide (très) pratique du Parfait Parisien », édité en 2 langues à 15 000 exemplaires.
